About the manufacturing plants

The company has collaborated with Hai Phong Environment Joint Stock Company under Decision No. 2400/UBND-XD2 dated May 3, 2019, issued by the People’s Committee of Hai Phong City, to produce organic microbial fertilizers. This collaboration involves investing in an organic fertilizer production line along with modern equipment such as crushers, mixers, sieves, packaging machines, etc. The company utilizes microbial technology to process organic materials sorted by the Environment Joint Stock Company. Implementing microbial technology in waste treatment is a safe and environmentally friendly approach, transforming waste into useful raw materials to contribute to environmental protection.

Strengths:
The factory has a specialized LAB for researching various strains of microorganisms, enabling us to produce a wide range of microbial products and organic microbial fertilizers for agricultural production. Particularly, these products can be tailored to suit different soil types and various crops, enhancing soil fertility effectively.

Human Resources:
– 50 employees including: Associate Professor, Doctor of Science: 01 person; Doctor of Science: 01 person; Master’s degree holders: 04 people; Engineers: 4 people; and a team of workers, technicians.
– Scientific Advisor: Associate Professor, Doctor of Science Le Nhu Kieu, former Deputy Director of the Institute of Soil and Fertilizer, Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
