Cách dùng

• Choose a composting location: Opt for a flat area, avoiding areas prone to waterlogging. Alternatively, use large cement tanks or plastic containers (depending on availability and volume requirements).
• Organic materials: Gather organic materials such as straw, animal manure, poultry droppings, other agricultural residues, and household organic waste sorted from family sources, collective housing areas, including leftover food, vegetable and fruit peels, etc.
• Rough processing: Remove impurities like stones and plastic bags. Chop or shred bulky dry materials like straw, corn stalks, and peanut shells into smaller pieces, approximately 3-5 cm in size.
• Check moisture content of the materials: Ideally, the moisture content for composting should range from 50-60%. To check, squeeze a handful of the materials; it should feel damp but not dripping wet. If the materials are too dry, you can lightly spray them with water. If they are too wet (water drips out when squeezed), add more dry materials like dry straw or sawdust to reduce moisture.
• Thoroughly mix the organic materials and VN BIO TREAT according to the recommended dosage. Pile the compost mixture and cover it with plastic sheets or tarpaulin, or tightly seal the container lid.
• Turn the compost pile after one week. Turn it evenly from bottom to top, inside to outside. Then continue to pile and cover it.
• After about 28-30 days of composting: The organic materials should have decomposed into dark brown, crumbly compost without any foul odor. The mature compost can be used immediately as fertilizer, with the dosage varying depending on the type of crops. The typical dosage ranges from 2-5 tons per hectare.

Note: During the composting process, if there is any leachate, it should be collected and evenly irrigated onto the compost pile. The compost pile should meet the requirements, ensuring that 3-5 days after composting, the temperature reaches over 50°C.
